What traits do they possess?
A good leader must able to be trusted in order to lead. They must have
good character and is honest with integrity. This is so as to enable
the people they lead to listen to their leaders and do as they say
without doubting them. A good leader is also confident of himself and
of his ability. This is so as to be able to set directions for their
members to follow. A good leader is also passionate about his/her own
work. This motivates other to do the same and be enthusiastic about
what they are doing instead of doing some sloppy work when the others
are not even interested in their work.

How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?
He/she should be confident and calm in whatever he/she is doing so
that under stressful situations he/she will not panic along with
others and set an example for others to follow. He must also be
confident in whatever he is doing so under chaotic and stressful
situations he/she would know what to do in his/her back of his/her
mind. He/she must also be able to recover swiftly and have respond
effectively in whatever setbacks he/she would face.
