To be a good leader means that you can inspire others to follow your example, willingly and cheerfully. A good leader will both inspire confidence and give a strong example of what we should aim for.
Julius Caesar is the great leader that I have researched on. His conquests provided security for the Roman Empire for more than 500 years and spread Roman Laws, customs, and language throughout Europe. So far-reaching were the accomplishments of Caesar that his name became the title for Roman Emperors as well as for leaders centuries later, the German "Kaiser" and the Russian "czar" bother being derivatives of "caesar"
To me, he is one of the greatest leader that have ever lived and I am sure that his legacies will continue to live on.
