- I researched on Adolf Hitler. He is a great leader, has great determination and perseverance. He did not easily give up, and tried to shape Germany to his ideal country. He is confident in his actions, being also initiative to lead the country, to shape it. Hitler has already a mindset, which was to shape Germany, as his ambition.
- How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?
- A good leader would have made plans, way beforehand so that when there are difficulties he would be able to manage it and lead his people. A good leader would also be calm and composed, a very important thing to do. Being anxious would cause many decisions to go wrong which will lead to everyone's downfall. A good leader will be decisive, and solve a problem quickly, to get out of the current problem, leading his team to success.
