Devoted : He kept trying to meet his goal, especially to free India
Good Communicator : He was able to reach the people of India and get them to do the things he asked them to do, such as withdraw children from schools and not pay a tax.
Trustworthy : Because he truly wanted to free people from Great Britain's rule, he kept that promise
How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?
He has to be able to keep himself composed in all situations so he can throughly think through the whole problem for a situation, and therefore, he also has to be proactive. If he has followers, he must also be composed in order to keep his own followers under control if they feel the intensity of the situation too, as they will be more likely to be less stressed if they see their leader appearing to be able to take care of the situation.
