Traits: Charismatic, Influential, Calm, Determined.

How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?
A good leader would need to be calm when he faces a crisis. He then thinks out possible solutions out of these situations and chooses the most logical solution. With a charismatic and influential leader, people will follow him. Just like Adolf Hitler, Barack Obama, Marthin Luther King, Joseph Stalin, Wael Ghonim.  These people display the traits and manage to rally people together for a single cause.
