I personally think that there are 3 traits of a good leader—Respect, Trustworthiness and Responsibility.
Why Respect? Firstly, if he doesn't treat anyone with respect, then no one will respect him too.
Why Trustworthiness, If he cannot be trusted, there will not be any use. No one will listen to the leader.
why Responsibility? If he is not responsible. Anything that comes to him, he will not bother about it. causing trouble to the group
