The traits he possessed were:
- Dedication
- Influence
- Bravery
- Firmness
I think a good leader would be able to handle the situation calmly and try to figure a way out. When crisis strikes, he would not give up so easily and keeps his cool so followers would not be alarmed and lose trust in him. A good leader would know what to do and how to tackle such problems and obstacles and is able to lead well and to not let anger and frustration take control of him.
