How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?
A good leader has to take everything in his stride. When handling difficult issues, a good leader has to remain calm at all times to have a clear mind. Being rash and irrational would only affect the situation and cause to be worse. He must not be affected by others' opinions and be bias in solving the problem. Analysis and Deduction o the problem is a necessary skill in good leaders. Understanding what had happened would allow the leader to have a clearer and bigger picture of the problem. Solving it would then be easier. In this situation, the leader must have the ability to keep everyone united as one. If you have heard of the story: One chopstick is easy to break, but a bundle of them would be very hard to break. Unity is important. No mater what crisis lies ahead, the leader must have the cooperation of everyone. Only then, this situations can be handle appropriately.
