Great leaders care for other people.

They are positive and respect peoples decisions and ethics.

They make everyone happy wile working and can motivate people

They give everyone their full share of credit for their work.

A good leader would manage a crisis well and allows his group member not to get stressed and worn out. He'll make sure everyone laughs and has a good time as well as getting everyones spirits up.
