- I researched on Lee Kuan Yew and his traits are that he is meticulous, sometimes demanding and helpful.
- How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?
- I think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations by analyzing it, breaking it into smaller problems and solve them one by one. A good leader must know what they are doing and what is the next step. They must be calm enough to lead their team mates to continue to fight even if the odds are against them. The leader will also have to be patient with his team mates and help them whenever he can. He must be decisive to choose his choices carefully and be prepared to take any risks that come with his choice. He cannot be impatient and rush into attaining the results, this will in turn worsen the crisis. He must also be brave enough to take the responsibility for the risk and the consequence.
